The
COncept

まぜ麺

Most ramen comes drowned in broth. Mazemen doesn't. It's Japan's bold, broth-less ramen and thick noodles coiled around deep, glossy sauces, an onsen egg waiting to be broken, and the one rule that makes it ours: you mix it yourself. Every bowl finishes at your table, in your hands. Kaiso is the first place in Dubai built entirely around it. A casual Japanese restaurant and izakaya in the heart of DIFC.

The flavour comes first. Everything else is the add-on.

Kaiso isn't a view with a kitchen attached. It's a kitchen with a view. Behind every bowl is a team that has spent more than a decade cooking for Dubai — obsessive about the depth of a sauce, the bounce of a noodle, the exact second an onsen egg is ready. Hospitality sharpened in some of the city's most demanding rooms, the Burj Al Arab among them, now poured into something honest and casual.

The DIFC skyline and the Museum of the Future on the doorstep? A bonus. You come for the bowl. You come back for the people who make
